6-story building completed in 1892. Designed by Alfred Zucker as a store-and-loft building for Kopper’s Chocolate, it features a 4-bay orange brick facade with terra-cotta and cast-iron ornament. The top floor has small round-arched windows. The interior featured a cast iron bridge that is reminiscent of sidewalk vaults. It became the new location of the NYU Faculty Club which operated at 22 Washington Square North starting in the 1930's.

The building was acquired by NYU in 1965, and was renovated as the Torch Club in 1999 by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners. The facility that serves NYU faculty, staff and alumni, including a restaurant, reception venue, bar, and private rooms.
