5-story residential building completed in 1910. Designed by W.F.L. Aigeltinger and Thomas Roe & Son as a warehouse. It is clad in brick, painted blue-grey on the ground floor. The wide piers on the upper floors have plain white brick, and the spaces between are painted grey-brown, with two windows on each floor. Some of the top-floor windows are segmental-arched. The building topped by a sawtoothed, modillioned cornice. It was converted to apartments sometime in the mid-1900s.
