158-foot, 17-story residential building completed in 1960. Designed by S. J. Kessler & Sons and Paul Lester Weiner for NYU housing, the structure is a long thin slab, and a twin to the building across the courtyard. It is clad in grey brick, with recessed sections of blue and red brick, and sections of wide, protruding balconies with bright red or yellow brick. The narrow ends are clad in blue-grey stone panels, with more balconies in the center.
