Fountain of Michael the Brave (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_the_Brave) is a monument erected in 1975 in the village Ciuta, commune Magura, Buzau county, Romania, when there were celebrated 375 years since the passing of Michael the Brave on Buzau Valley to Transylvania.
The monument marks the spot where the the ruler and his army encamped for a night in October 1599. It was made by the sculptor George Coman, one of the initiators of the outdoor sculpture camp from Magura.
