4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1832 as a 2-story house. Constructed with Flemish Bond brickwork, the building's entrance has unusual sidelights - each one is broken into three ovals with wooden frames carved to simulate a cloth curtain drawn through a series of rings. The building also features an interesting arched doorway with ionic columns. The top two floors were added in 1878, topped with a modillioned roof cornice. The three bays of windows on the upper floors, as well as the two ground-floor windows have sills with corbelled feet, cornices, and blue-painted exterior wooden shutters.
