  • I shipped a package to Haiti with Gonaives address.it arrived at this postal office in Port au Prince. I called to see if the package will be delivered to the address in Gonaives. I got no answer only that someone has to pick up the package and pay a $30,00 tax fee. Since when does Haiti charge taxes for postal package that was shipped by US postal Service?
