This is a must-visit place for Gay tourists... or even expats, this is the closest you can get to a gay western bar in middle east. Homosexuality is very prominent on this island but its a big hush hush.

Someone wrote this about Wendy's place, in Gulf Hotel, So True.
The biggest Gay cruising place in Bahrain, yes, even bigger than the Wrangler Bar, Juffair.
Very famous for it's Thursday and Friday nights coz of the crowd.
Mostly consisting of desperate locals (and saudis) soaked in cologne and a kilo of hair-gel looking for hook-ups, with some western Queens thrown in. (Wouldn't it be great if there were some Indians/Pakistanis there as well...Grrrr..).
