9-story office building completed in 1898. Designed by Robert Lyons, it is clad in beige brick, with seven bays of paired windows on Crosby, and three bays of paired windows on Spring Street. There is a stone cornice above the 2nd floor, and a larger, corbelled stone cornice above the 7th. The upper floor windows are recessed behind the piers in pairs. The two top floors have an arcade of round-arches supported on Corinthian columns. Both facades are topped by a projecting, black metal roof cornice. A pair of black metal fire escapes run down the Crosby Street facade. The ground floor is occupied by Sur la Table cookware store.
