Presently used for art exhibits, the building formerly housed a variety of uses including from 1922 to sometime in the 1930s, JH Duprey, maker of ketchup, relishes and vinegar. Prior thereto, between the years 1917 and 1921, it was home to Nelson Motor Car. Much later the property was acquired by Maldaver, an automotive recycling company
