5-story residential building completed in 1859. It has a white cast-iron ground floor, six bays wide, with fluted Corinthian columns and pilasters. The upper floors are clad in tan stone, with quoins at the edges. The windows have full stone enframements, including corbelled feet and cornices; the two center bays are grouped together and have scrolled brackets. A black metal fire escape runs down the left edge of the facade. The building is crowned by a simple black metal roof cornice. The ground floor houses a Tommy Hilfiger Denim store.
