7-story residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Morris Adjmi, who also designed the building directly south, it replicates the design of an adjacent refurbished warehouse on the west side of the block and contains 32 apartments. Its tripartite structure, with white brick upper facades, is dominated by 4-story arcades with paired windows set into the recessed walls between the pilasters. The tripled round-arched windows of the top floor are underscored by a limestone sill course and crowned by a red-tinted terra-cotta cornice with large modillions. The building is topped by a set-back penthouse, which was also constructed atop the old building at 401 Washington to match.
