8-story residential building completed in 1911. Designed by George E.J. Pistor as a warehouse, it was completed in two parts. The northern half was erected in 1910, with the southern half completed the next year. It is clad in light cream-colored brick. Piers of the 2-story base frame wide openings, some of which remained in use as loading bays until 2000. The piers support a limestone cornice capping the base. The main entrance in the Hudson Street facade has a trabeated limestone entrance surround. The upper facade has paired windows and is topped by a prominent black metal roof cornice with modillions, facing both Hudson and Laight Streets. The western and southern elevations are of common red brick.

The warehouse was used through the 1940s by Habicht & Braun, who had a dried fruit and nut business. It was altered in 1915 with the addition of a penthouse to be used as a drying room, and in 1920 with changes to the first-story openings. In the 1960s and '70s, it was occupied by the Majestic Paper Company, and remained in commercial use until around 2000, when it was converted to condominiums. The ground floor is occupied by Duxiana beds.
