ginseng farm

Ginseng is grown underneath black tarps for shade. There are many such farms along the highway between Kamloops and Ashcroft and in other similar hot, dry valleys.

These tarps are made of similar material to trampolines...inagine the fun you could have bouncing on 50 acres of trampolines!!! Unfortunately the farm owners don't think it's cool.
