Built in 1865 in a simple, functional style with Romanesque Revival features.
A lifting tube behind the façade led to the vertical transport.
Around 1910 an electrically driven winding mechanism was placed in the attic.
In 1993 the building was renovated and given a commercial and residential use.
The warehouse was in 1994 protected as architectural heritage (ID: 4958).
