  • Nobody answers the phone
  • For all the contact number you given above,no one is answering the phone,everyday i called,every minute and hours Im trying to call every day but no one answer.
  • Since March 2015, when the Southville 3 of Poblacion, Muntinlupa City water system was turned over by the NHA to Maynilad they never get a decent supply of water. Their habitual excuse is "due to Maintenance Activity affecting Putatan Water Treatment Plant". On May 30, 2015 the residents received notification from their office, quote: "We are pleased to inform you that we have COMPLETED our maintenance activity at Putatan Water Treatment Plant around 12:00 am today". However, since then until June 2015, their water supply even got scarcer, unpredictable and much lesser. The contact numbers they provided are all useless.
  • Actually i also tried calling the given numbers above, however these just kept on ringing. It is very disappointing since we are experiencing pipe leakage in our area in tunasan for more than 2 weeks already and reported it twice to to their hotline number and yet nobody has taken action about it. To maynilad: aren't you bothered of the amount of water being wasted for the past weeks? How long would you like to wait before you take action on your clients' complaints?
  • 3 weeks of lousy service then now 3 days without water here in poblacion muntinlupa.we need water,not the robotic answers your representatives are saying...like please monitor,we'll get to you in 48 hours,sorry for the inconvenience…...........tell you this its not an inconvenience anymore....your a burden now! You have very bad customer service.
  • GOOD LORD, WE HAVEN'T HAD WATER FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS...THEN YOU GUYS WANTS US TO PAY BILLS...FUCKING HELL, POBLACION AREA MUNTINLUPA
