4-story mercantile building completed in 1904. Designed by Henry J. Hardenbergh, it is clad in beige-painted smooth-stucco above a horizontal ribbed, black stone water table. The ground floor facing the avenue has a stone-and-glass storefront, with two bays of plate-glass window flanking a bay of glass double-doors, and a narrower south bay with a metal-and-glass door to the upper floors. A grey stone band caps the storefront and also clads the corner pier at the northwest. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows; those on the top two floors have simple stone sills and lintels.

The north facade on 51st Street has four wider-spaced bays of single-windows above the ground floor, which has three larger windows toward the west, and a glass door at the west end. There is a 2-story extension at the east end, with a large window and glass door at the ground floor, and no openings at the 2nd floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade. The west facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets. The rear, east-facing wall is clad in grey-painted brick. The ground floor is occupied by Panda Express restaurant.
