6-story residential building completed in 1936. Designed by Leon & Lionel Levy, it is clad in beige brick above a ground floor lined with metal, stone, and glass storefronts. The main entrance is on 52nd Street, to the right of a storefront at the east end. It has a glass double-door and transom set in a blue tile wall. There is an angled northwest corner with glass doors to the corner storefront on the ground floor.

On the upper floors the narrow end bays have double-windows wrapping around the corners, and there are dark reddish-brown brick spandrels. The 2nd-from-easternmost bay has single-windows, and the bay above the main entrance has thin horizontal banding and narrow paired windows flanked by narrow single-windows at each floor. To the west are two bays of double-windows, two bays of narrow single-windows, and a bay of regular single-windows before the end bay. A black iron fire escape runs down the two bays with double-windows.

On the west facade fronting the avenue double-windows wrap around the corner from the north elevation, with dark brick spandrels. The south end bay also has dark brick spandrels, but with only single-windows. Between the end bays are two middle bays of narrow single-windows, and a bay on either side of paired windows, both with fire escapes running over them. A metal railing runs along the roof line, above a stone coping.

The building contains 40 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by The Mill fine coffee and fresh foods, and Paris Baguette restaurant.
