  • Silcas Village is a boring and undeveloped subdivision, where thieves thrive. A week won't pass without any incident of house breaking, mugging, hold up, etc. If you interested in buying a property, think twice... you will regret it, I promise.. and the sad thing is the authorities and the developer are not doing anything about it. Believe me,I live here.

  • Our vacant lot is on lot 7 blk 24. are there still squatters there? We have not visited the place for quite sometime and if the squatters are still there can the Barangay do something about it? I'm appealing to those who know the place, can you please update me? we live here in marikina and we could hardly find time to visit that place. Thanks
