4-story townhouse originally completed in 1910. The narrow house is just 12.5 feet across, sandwiched between two taller buildings. It is faced in grey-painted smooth-stucco. The projecting front of the lower two floors was added sometime after the initial construction, but the curved part of the original wall remains visible through the 2nd-floor window. The ground floor has a white wood-and-glass door at the left, and a window to the right. The 2nd floor has a large, tripartite studio window with white wooden framing. The lower two floors lack the decoration and interest of the original floors above.

The upper floors are set back at the east end, with the west bay rounded and curving up to the building line. This bay has multi-paned windows on both floors, in white framing, curved to follow the arc of the bay. There is a segmental-arch topping the 4th-floor window, and both have small bas-relief panels with white-painted foliate designs at the upper corners. Three similar panels separate the two floors in the curved bay, as well as in the flat east bay. This bay has smaller windows with projecting stone surrounds. The roof line has three tiers of cornices, the middle one broader. The lower two cornices frame a frieze of white-outlined panels and roundels.
