Daksha Prajapati Mandir, Kankhal

This ancient temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, where the famous "Yagya of Daksha" is said to have taken place, during which Sati or [en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dakshayani], his daughter immolated herself in the Yagya fire.

There are some other temples too in the vicinity.
