6-story early-modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1940. It is clad in light-grey brick, with four bays of tripartite windows in white metal frames. At the ground floor (and the basement level that is exposed by an areaway in front) the bays are slightly recessed between sldner brick piers and spaced more to the sides to allow a central entrance with glass double-doors atop a few stone steps. The doors are covered by a dark-red canvas canopy, and the areaways are fronted by metal railings.

Metal air-conditioning vents are located below each window, and there a white metal fire escape with wide landings running down the middle of the facade, which is topped by a simple metal coping at the roof line. The building contains 40 apartments.
