5-story modernist cooperative-apartment building originally completed in 1900. The south facade was replaced in the early 1980s when the building was converted to a cooperative. It is clad in reddish-orange brick with three narrow projecting framing two bays of concrete balconies with metal railings. Behind the balconies both bays have two windows and a glass door. The ground floor has six bays of single-windows, and there is a partially exposed basement level with additional windows and the main building entrance. The basement level is set behind an iron fence. The building contains 28 apartments.
