5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1883. It is faced in brownstone, painted grey at the ground floor. The central entrance has a paneled wood-and-glass door and transom framed by stone pilasters supporting an entablature. A large plate-glass window has been added to the left, above two basement windows. To the right is a narrow modern window and a second entrance with another paneled wood-and-glass door and transom. Both doorways are reached by short stoops that traverse the basement areaways.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds, including bracketed sills and cornices. A brown metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Gotham City Barber Shop.
