4-story office building completed in 1876. It is clad in brick (painted black on the front facade in 2012). The ground floor has a glass door at the north end, and two glass-and-metal storefronts to the south. The upper floors have bands of 10-over-2 windows with projecting black stone lintels, and the building is capped by a simple black stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Deep Indian Kitchen, Lenwich sandwich shop, and a psychic.
