5-story residential building completed in 1876. It is clad in red-painted rick, with a central entrance atop a small stoop. The black wood-and-glass door has a transom and is topped by a paneled lintel with a triangular pediment. On either side are two narrow single-windows with white stone sills and paneled, bracketed lintels.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with white stone sills and paneled, bracketed lintels (with triangular pediments at the 2nd floor). Air-conditioning vents are cut below the outer windows on each floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
