Comments

  • Meigs airport was illegaly demolished under the cover of darkness with the cameras covered or blinded while the airport was torn up under the order of Mayor Richard M. Daley
  • Meigs Field will always be remembered by me as the home airport in the early versions of Flight Simulator. It was always nice taking off with the skyline to the west and the lake to the east.
  • why don't we develop it for something OTHER than parks or condos, what about a sports facility? I think that's what they're gonna do if we get the Olympics
  • Lisa: "He said it was just a name!" Man: "What he meant is that Northerly Island is actually a peninsula."
