2-story commercial building originally completed in 1944 as a 1-story garage and service center. It was remodeled and given a 2nd floor in 2011 when it was converted to a parking garage for the Griffin Court condominiums that surround it. The new facade is faced in grey stucco with horizontal score marks. The ground floor on the avenue has three garage doors at the north end (the southern one being wider) and a metal service door at the center. The 2nd floor has a high-placed horizontal 3-pane window at the south end; to the north are three vertical 3-pane windows, another horizontal window, and a vertical window at the north end. The ground floor on the south facade on 53rd Street has wide garage doors at the center and east end, and a metal service door between them. The 2nd floor has a high-placed horizontal 3-pane window at the west end, followed by two vertical windows, a high-placed horizontal window, and a lower horizontal window at the east end.
