restaurant, bar, night club, commercial building, 1879_construction

2-story commercial building completed in 1879 as a stable. It is clad in dark-brown painted brick, three bays wide. The ground floor has wooden doors in the end bays, and a larger window opening with many small panes in wood framing in the center bay; all three bays are segmental-arched. The east door is more recessed and at the top of a couple steps. Both doorways have arched transoms on top, and the larger middle bay has a keystone.

The 2nd floor has a sill course running below the three segmental-arched windows. The middle bay projects out slightly. The facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice that also projects out more at the center section. The building is occupied by Hush, a gay nightclub.
