The Etisalat Al Ain building is the Corporation's main office in Al Ain, UAE. ACC was the main contractor for the project which was completed in September, 2001.
The building incorporates modern materials and construction techniques with elements of traditional design.
The basement houses an impressive 192 seat auditorium with advanced audio-visual equipment. The first floor is finished in polished granite and stainless steel and contains public reception areas and payment counters. Corporate offices were completed on the second floor.
Smart building capabilities include CCTVs, an integrated access control system and an advanced Building Management System. The building is linked to the rest of the city's telecom network via a duct bank located in a designated chamber in the basement.
