 apartment building, commercial building

3-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. The 3-bay front facade is surfaced in brown-painted stucco. The entrance, with a glass door, sidelight and transom, is in a round-arched opening at the left side, atop a steep stoop enclosed by metal railings. To the right of the stoop is a restaurant in the raised basement level, with a small patio in front at the bottom of a few steps. The patio is covered by a rounded, green-and-white canvas canopy that extends from the base of the parlor floor, where there is a projecting, beige-stuccoed base surmounted by a projecting bay window to the right of the main entry. Each of the three faces of the white-painted bay window have a window pane flanked by slender colonnettes supporting wood paneling with carved segmental-arches featuring foliate designs. Iron grilles cover the window panes, bowing out at the bottom. A small, sloped roof caps the bay window.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, with plain, flat sills. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. The east elevation, facing a parking lot, is faced in white-painted, parged brick, with no openings except for a single window at the parlor floor at the extreme rear. A metal railing runs along the roof line. The commercial space is occupied by Patzeria Family & Friends restaurant.
