16-story, postmodern, student residence hall completed in 1986. Designed with a multi-hued facade of red-orange, yellow and grey brick. The dorm has ground-level retail on the Third Avenue frontage, with tenants including Lois Cleaners, Metropolis apparel store, Ben & Jerry's, Saint's Alp Teahouse, Citi Habitats real estate, and Birdbath neighborhood green bakery.
