459-foot, 33-story International-style office building completed in 1969. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, the typically monolithic facade is clad in a curtain wall of black steel with grey metal spandrels and dark-tinted windows. Three of the facades are flat, while the southern half of the western elevation projects further out than the northern half. The entrance on Whitehall Street is slightly recessed and flanked by a pair of round, polished granite columns. At the northeast corner, the entrance to an underground parking garage is accessed from Pearl Street, surrounded by white stone panels. An Au Bon Pain restaurant is located on the ground floor, on the north side.
