  • I studied there until 3rd grade and then i moved to Addis. I visited Dire every summer and i use to go there to see my old friends and to be with my ppl. Good friends of mine like (Belo, Ayda and Liya). Where ever you are i wish you all the best.

  • You were in my batch. Great to see someone I know. Just so u know Sr. Cecila and Sr. Anne have passed away (RIP). Rani has opened her own school in Addis. Seleshi has also retired from NDS and opened a preparatory school for children in his own house in Sabian sefer. Asnake has gotten very old and lives in Addis. Maria is strong and still at NDS along with Tesfaye (sport teacher). Mirco comes and leaves NDS, and he has just left NDS this year for Adis Hiwot School to teach English. He is still the best English teacher in Dire. Sr. Jasmine was transferred to teach somewhere in Africa, either Mali or Malawi. These teachers (Hailu, Girma and Mulugeta) have passed away (RIP).
  • Sister Desta is bad! Replace her with a new sister.
  • Teacher Abraham (value teacher) and teacher Sintayehu Yifru (physics teacher) are the 2 worst teachers that my kids ever had. My kids told me that these 2 teachers don’t teach well, yet they prepare harder exams so they fail many students on purpose. But still the new directress (sister Desta) doesn’t give a damn or even care. Sister Desta is out of reach. She hires useless and stupid teachers and the students are suffering as a result. Norte Dame has lost its reputation now.
