PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY
M+N Architecture s.r.l. is a partnership between Marcon Architetti and nEmoGruppo Architetti, two important italian architecture firms, based in Florence.
The professionals constituting the core design team of M+N boast more than 25 years of expertise in the field of architecture with the fulfillment of several projects of different kind and scale.
Our services span from urban planning to architectural design, from landscaping and sustainable design to interior and product design.Our mission is to deliver high quality architectural solutions and to promote sustainability in architecture.

FOR QUALITY IN ARCHITECTURE
We are convinced that good design means increased value.This value is not only economic, architecture creates also aesthetical, social and environmental value, affecting the surrounding built environment. This is why for every project we consider four important key points:

1- QUALITY
Architecture increases the value of a site by interpreting the “genius loci” through the realization of a building that gratifies the eye with its artistic qualities and reaches high standards of functionality.
Attention is concentrated on the functions and on the plot of relationships between the building and its surroundings and between the building and its users, all this becoming the guidelines from which the project takes shape. Architecture is the “summa” of formal, technological and relational intentions that materialize into a specific tailored study of every particular aspect of the project.

2- RELIABILITY
In both preliminary and detailed design, architectural choices are constantly verified in terms of materials, technologies, functions and costs. The relationships between the building, its structure and its technical installations are analyzed in depth in terms of their morphology, efficiency and maintenance, in order to match the eco-sustainable philosophy that drives our design.

3- SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainable design means first of all paying close attention to the building life cycle, to its functioning and to its environmental footprint. The life of every designed building is adjusted seeking the highest reduction of energy consumption and the optimization of bioclimatic aspects (building external envelope, mass, insulations, sun shading, natural lighting and ventilation).

4- CONTROL
Efficiency, reliability, and quality are necessary elements for good architecture and contribute to the perfect control of the project and its design, construction and maintenance costs. As a key aspect of the project's decision making and realization, project control and management become the synthesis of the relationships among the various professionals involved.
