This marks not only the property line of its current tenant (an optometrist/glasses store) but the Round-Up Motel, a classic Route 66 era motel with a sign with a cowboy (or Will Rogers) blowing neon smoke rings. In the early 2000s, the motel (which had fallen into disrepair) was demolished and the sign moved to a private collection but restored.
