Two storey, ten building, 121 unit, rental townhouse complex operated by Toronto Community Housing.

The 2.63 acre property is presently the subject of a proposal brought forth by Toronto Community Housing and Deltera Inc., which contemplates the demolition of the current 121 units of social housing. A total of 806 units are proposed for the new development, of which 127 will be rental units and 679 will be condominiums.. The rental housing will be accommodated in one ten storey, 150 unit seniors residence and 37 units of three storey townhouses. The Condominium units will include an eighteen storey, 188 unit building, a ten storey, 150 unit building, a sixteen storey, 168 unit building and a fourteen storey, 173 unit building.
