5-story residential building completed in 1891. The wide 3-bay facade is clad in red and grey brick. There is a central entrance with a small stoop spanning the areaways on either side, which are enclosed by a metal fence, with double-windows at the basement level. The modern glass entry has a stone enframement, flanked on either side by round-arched double-windows. The grey brick ground floor and basement are topped by a brownstone string course, and the upper floors have red brick with grey brick quoins at the edges, and around the windows on the 2nd-4th floors. These floors have wide double-windows in the end bays, and paired windows in the middle bay, with stone sills surmounted by brick sills, and splayed brownstone lintels.

The 3rd floor is set off by a string course of red brick below grey brick, and a corbelled band course sets off the top floor. The top floor has paired, round-arched windows, spaced further apart in the middle bay. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle bay, and the facade is crowned by a projecting, grey metal roof cornice with long, narrow brackets. The building contains 20 apartment units.
