5-story residential building originally completed as separate structures, and combined in the 1980s. The main structure was built as a parking garage in 1926. Designed by Edward M. Adelsohn, has a wide frontage on 45th Street. A narrow 4-story wing extends through the block to the current main entrance at 449 West 44th. Both are clad in red brick.

The wider north facade has nine bays of double-windows on the upper floors, while the ground floor has a metal service doors and a mix of different window shapes and sizes, with iron grilles. All of the windows have stone sills. Air-conditioning vents are cut below each of the windows on the upper floors.

The small south facade is two bays wide, with a limestone ground floor. The entrance is at the left, with wood-and-glass double-doors set under a peaked lintel and transom. The bay to the right is slightly smaller, and has a wood-framed double-window, topped by a smaller peaked transom. The upper floors have 3-over-3 windows in the west bay, and 2-over-3 windows in the east bay, with grey-brown metal framing. Each window group has a stone sills and flat lintel with a keystone, and air-conditioning vents are cut below them. The facade is topped by a stone parapet and rounded cornice. The building contains 60 apartments units.
