5-story residential building completed in 1874, at the same time and to a matching design as the three directly to the west along 10th Avenue. It is clad in red-painted brick, but unlike the others, did not have a commercial storefront installed on the ground floor around the turn of the 20th century. The ground floor instead has a narrow central entrance up two steps with iron handrails, flanked by two narrow windows on each side, each with white-painted, projecting, bracketed sills and eared and rounded cornices. The door is surmounted by a small cornice on console brackets, just below the lower landing of the fire escape that runs down the middle two of the four bays on the upper floors. A simple coping caps the roof line. The west elevation is also clad in red-painted brick, with no openings.
