5-story mercantile building completed in the late 1800s. The renovated facade is clad in smooth red metal paneling with white trim. The lower two floors are framed by red brick piers edged with cobblestones. The ground floor has carved, spiraling, wooden columns with a wood-and-glass storefront on the left and a wooden door to the upper floors on the right. Wooden dentils and a row of lightbulbs underline a signboard above the ground floor. The 2nd floor has a wooden baluster railing atop the signboard, fronting a pair of triple French doors. The piers here are paneled, topped by a smaller signboard with dentils.

The upper floors each have a large center window flanked by narrower side windows. The top of the facade has a peaked parapet. The building is occupied by St. Patrick's Restaurant and Pub.
