The Stimson-Green House was built during 1899-1901, and later became Joshua Green's residence from 1914-1975; Green made few alterations to the house making it one of the few First Hill mansions to survive largely intact to the present time.
The house is now owned by the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation and is available for events.
