If you ever use the drive through, double check everything you get handed to you before you drive away.
Three times in my last fours visits have resulted in the order monkeys missing stuff out of my order, when all they have to do is read it off of the screen to get it right.
How hard can it be?
When I phone to complain (we live a few miles away, so it's not practical to drive back for some missing popcorn chicken) , they couldn't care less, and was once told "Well, I suppose we could replace it the next time you come in" Damn right you will, I've already bloody paid for it...
