111-foot, 10-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Mulliken & Moeller as a hotel, it is two bays wide, clad in tan brick and limestone. The ground floor has a modernized metal-and-glass storefront on the right, and main entrance on the left, with a glass-and-metal door recessed in a limestone frame with an elaborate molding across the top and the top half of both sides. An oversized keystone breaks the molding, and with two smaller, squared brackets, supports a cornice topped by a cartouche. Another pair of squared brackets, along with one at the right end, support a stone balustraded balcony at the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has stone quoins at the edges; the two windows are recessed and set in stone surrounds with scrolled brackets an hanging pendants supporting a smaller cornice.

The upper floors are brick with stone quoins at the edges. The windows have stone sills and splayed brick lintels with keystones. The 8th floor is clad in limestone, with ornamented end piers supporting a modillioned and dentiled cornice. The top two floors are also faced in stone, with a smaller cornice at the roof line. The building contains 27 apartment units, and the ground floor is occupied by Osteria al Doge restaurant.
