5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is L-shaped, with a rear wing wrapping around the back of the larger neighboring building to the east. The front facade is clad in beige brick above a 2-story commercial base of darker brick. The ground floor has a storefront on the left side, and a doorway to the upper floors on the right, framed in black-painted stone and wood. The 2nd floor has a band of four multi-paned windows in green-painted metal frames, topped by a green cornice.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brick surrounds, including splayed lintels with keystones. A continuous stone sill course sets off the top floor, and the facade is crowned by a green-painted metal roof cornice with three large panels, surmounted by a brick roof parapet with stone coping that is stepped up in the middle. The ground floor is occupied by BXL Cafe Belgian restaurant.
