The Pelagie Islands are three Italian islands in the central Mediterranean Sea, closer to Africa than mainland Italy and Europe. They are Linosa, Lampedusa, and Lampione. They are part of the Sicilian province of Agrigento, and represent the southernmost portions of Italy.
