1-story mercantile building completed in 1969. Designed by Kahn & Jacobs, it has retail space all along the blockfront of 7th Avenue, and wraps around the rather tall glassed-in MTA Long Island Railroad entrance tower on 34th Street. The building is predominantly clad in grey metal and glass, with some pre-cast concrete and brown metal at the east section on 33rd Street. A long western section that runs straight through the block is slightly lower than the rest, and is separated from One Penn Plaza by a long, narrow courtyard. The most striking feature of the building are the two tall, triangular signboards at the northeast and southeast corners of the roof. The southeast-facing side of the southern one is curved, and both are topped by projecting metal bands with downlighting.

The building is occupied by a Bank of America branch, Swarovski jewelers, and Lenny's sandwich shop and Garrett Popcorn in the western section.
