  Borovucha-1, word comes from "bor" - pinetree forest, first small village, than s strategic place in the North-West direction where Air and ground military forces were deployed. Center of paratrooper forces, etc. Since late 90s governance came to Novopolotsk city, nowadays Borovucha is 6th Novopolotsk district. Located in beatifull green area and is important knot in transportation and labour force. City has intensive bus connection, a railroad station, and a former military 10 km to the East airport with a petential of heavy planes landing and a radar.
