  • It is situated in about 12 Acres. Previously that land (most of it) was cultivated by poor Yanadis (ST)and little by others. They were all driven away mercilessly without any compensation and the reservoir is constructed. It was taken in the year 1990 and then the bonds were raised first. Inside of the reservoir it is was not dug. Therefore in the years 1990,1991,1992 the tank was used as a play ground for Cricket, Billangodu, as pasture for the buffelows. Later when the overhead tank was ready and the pipe construction in the village is over, the tank was filled with water from Padnalugavamilu Kaluva through the pipe line. Later the tank was divided into two for the technical reasons, and other developments took place year by year.
