The Western North Carolina (WNC) Farmers Market is one of five Farmers Markets owned by the State of North Carolina and operated by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. Open 7 days a week all year round.
Conveniently located near downtown Asheville, N.C., and between two major Interstate Highways. It is situated on a thirty-six-acre site with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, and the Biltmore Estate. The market was first opened in 1977. The public is invited to come and enjoy the atmosphere and character of the mountains. Admission is FREE.
