This is Engadiyur panchayat in Thrissur district.The famous Aayiram kanni temple is located in this panchayat. There are five schools viz. Thriumangalm U.P. School, National High School, St. Thomas School, Sree Narayana U.P. School and Thiru Narayana L.P. School. There are around 10 local clubs and they conduct events like Panchayat Mela, District. etc. Clubs like G.S.S, Ambili club, shooters, ABS, Udayam Arts & Sports, Deshabhimani, Mahaji, Youngsters, BCC etc.

The historical fort of Tipu Sultan is situated near Chettuwa. In fact this was the Dutch fort built in 1714, later attacked by Tipu.

  • Just a correction. The three schools are Thirumangalam UP School, National High School and St. Thomas High School. There is one more school, i.e. Thirunarayana LP School.

What is he and who is he and is he really a gang war lord of your Engandiyur, running a school for motor car driving but driving himself intohe may be madness or whatever he may be,can you scrutinize and get yourself updated with some spicy news?
